• Most projects will not require a deposit.

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final inspection.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide access to the property during agreed working hours.
• Ensure work areas are free from personal belongings and hazards.
• Inform us of any specific requirements or concerns before project initiation.

7. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may result in additional charges. We will provide a revised estimate for approval before proceeding with any modifications.

8. Liability and Insurance

TLC Painting & Renovations carries comprehensive liability insurance. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment and are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions or structural defects.
• Unforeseen issues that arise during the project but are outside the agreed scope of work.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. In such cases, payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Leon County.
